Hey, Mount Girls!
"All my bags are packed, I'm ready to go..........." Well, almost! Heading to the Mount tomorrow for our Alumnae Memorial Mass on Saturday! I am hoping for pretty weather- -it's a pretty easy drive from St. Louis to The Mount. I also want to walk around campus tomorrow and take some picures to post -- we'll see if the weather cooperates....!
Stephanie Warren, Paula Chandler Gray and I (all A'73) are planning on spending the night at the Guest House at the Mount tomorrow - -for the fun of it, and to simplify our lives since we'll have an early start on Saturday to get ready for our special event. When I was a freshman at MSJ, a select group of Seniors lived in the Guest House. We were in awe of these seniors to begin with, so throw in the fact that they lived across the campus in "The Guest House" -- well, even today it seems to hold a special aura about it. I know the three of us will enjoy spending the night in this sacred space!
